LAMB & MINT PIE
Shredded, slow roasted leg of lamb in rich gravy with potatoes, carrots & finished with fresh mint, then topped with flaky puff pastry.
Oven heating Instructions: Defrost & Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Remove the lid & bake for about 30-35 minutes & golden on top.
Microwave heating not recommended.
Serving suggestion: Serve with a Salad or steamed vegetables
