Melt in the mouth, deboned leg of lamb, shredded in a rich red wine gravy with baby potatoes, baby onions & carrots

Heating Instructions:

Stove Top: Defrost & decant into a pot. Heat over low heat until heated through & comes to a boil. Stir once or twice but do not over mix. Serve immediately.

Oven heating: Defrost, pre-heat oven to 180°C. Remove lid & place in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with our Creamy Mash Potatoes or Basmati Rice.

Ingredients: De-boned leg of lamb, baby potatoes, carrots, onions, water, red wine, tomato paste, vegetable oil, olive oil, stock, herbs, garlic, corn flour, salt & pepper.
