Seasonal tender roast veg, quinoa & bulgar wheat salad finished with a nut free, basil & parmesan pesto.
Heating Instructions:
Stove Top: Defrost & heat in a pot over low heat until heated through. Stir occasionally & serve.
Microwave heating: Defrost & decant into a microwavable dish, microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Serving suggestion: Serve as a side to a protein of your choice, or serves as a vegetarian main.
