TOMATO & BASIL SOUP
Rich slow cooked Italian tomato soup with fresh basil.
Heating Instructions:
Stove top: Defrost & decant soup into a pot. Re-heat over low heat until comes to the boil, stirring occasionally, Serve immediately.
Microwave heating: Defrost, remove lid & microwave on high for4-5 minutes or heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serving suggestion: Serve with fresh artisanal bread. For a touch of heat, add in some freshly chopped chilli while heating.
Ingredients: Tomato, water, onion, nut-free basil pesto (basil leaves, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice), vegetable stock, vegetable oil, olive oil, sugar, herbs, cream, seasoning.
