CHICKEN LAKSA SOUP

A spicy Asian broth style soup with bok choy, rice vermicelli noodles & shredded chicken.

Heating Instructions:

Stove top: Defrost & decant soup into a pot. Re-heat over low heat until comes to the boil, stirring occasionally. Serve once come to the boil.

Microwave heating: Defrost, remove lid & microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or heated through, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients: Shredded chicken breasts, water, onion, mushrooms, Bok choi, coconut milk, vermicelli rice noodles, lemon juice, honey, Thai curry paste, chicken stock, garlic, ginger, canola oil, olive oil, corn starch, salt.
