MEXICAN BEEF ENCHILADAS
Tortilla wraps filled with spicy mexican mince, topped with enchilada sauce & cheddar & mozzarella cheese. Best served with guacamole.
Heating Instructions:
OVEN: Defrost, pre-heat oven to 180°C. Remove lid & place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve when cheese is melted and browning.
MICROWAVE: Defrost & microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted & Enchiladas are heated through.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with guacamole.
